Welcome, I am honored that you are interested in this topic. This retreat style training will focus on experiencing and facilitating Invitational Leadership. We will explore the framework for this model and attendees will get the first copy of my workbook, which integrates auto-ethnography, descriptions of relevant existing literature and media, research, and personal learning, as well as interactive content.
Objectives:
To develop a deeper understanding of one's personal relationship with the act of inviting and, as needed, begin to reframe it
To learn 6 core tenets that facilitate harm prevention and healing for one’s self and others when inviting
To practice holistic, high-quality leadership that grow one’s capacity for pro-active community building
