Empowering black women and girls to become powerful facilitators of arts and nature-based restorative activities by modeling a BGRR practice of using arts and nature as mediums to process hard things. Includes joining a monthly hiking group, joining Float Fest, Arbory Tree Climbing, and a Retreat!
